Acceptance

By using Brewly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, duplicate, or spam venue entries
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Your content

Your tasting logs are private by default and belong to you. By submitting a venue, you grant Brewly a non-exclusive licence to display that venue on the map for other users. Submitted venues may remain on the map after your account is deleted.

No warranty

Brewly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of venue data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
